District Mix is, well, a mix of things. A DC-centric hub of information and inspiration, from recreation to culture to special events to the food scene to what’s its like to live in the fascinating mix of the city. It’s also a little area of the Web — a district! — offering ideas for travel, home, style, life, and more beyond DC.
Created by the publisher of KidFriendly DC, a widely-read, go-to resource for exploring DC with kids, District Mix could be called a grown-up version of that. Just geared toward a more general audience and covering topics that transcend location.
(And, yes, I do like literal blog titles.)
